Account and Security

  • You should provide accurate and usable account information and are responsible for actions taken under your account.
  • You must protect your credentials and may not transfer, rent, share, or sell your account.
  • If you notice unauthorized access, abnormal login activity, or unauthorized payments or report generation, contact us or update your credentials promptly.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

  • The website may offer credit recharge and fixed-price one-time report payments. Actual prices, available credits, and usage rules are based on the displayed page and confirmed order.
  • Payment results are confirmed through WeChat Pay or other payment provider callbacks. After successful payment, credits or report jobs are linked to the relevant account.
  • Because AI report generation consumes model, data, and compute resources, paid report jobs generally are not refundable once payment succeeds and generation starts. If a system failure prevents generation, we will handle compensation or refunds based on the circumstances.
  • You may not abuse payments, credits, or promotional rules for fraud, arbitrage, fake orders, or other conduct that undermines service fairness.

Acceptable and Prohibited Use

  • You may not attack, scan, interfere with, or bypass the website, APIs, payment, authentication, credit, or permission systems.
